At Mile High Poutine Shop, we specialize in creating delicious, mouth-watering poutines that keep our customers coming back for more. Our unique walk-up concept allows guests to enjoy their meals in the heart of the village, making it a vibrant spot for locals and tourists alike.

**Position Overview**
As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading our kitchen team to deliver high-quality food quickly and efficiently. Your expertise in kitchen management, food costing, and preparation will be crucial to our success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a fast-paced team to achieve operational excellence
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Implement food costing strategies to maintain profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide outstanding customer service, even during busy periods
- Adapt to working in inclement weather, as our shop is open to the elements

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a quick service restaurant or similar environment
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management and food preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
