**Position: General Manager -Quick Service Restaurant - 5 MULTI UNIT QSR**
- **5 YEARs EXPERIENCE IN SALES and MANAGEMENT IS **_**REQUIRED - **Available **to work **_**EVERY WEEKEND**_ **and **_ **ALL HOLIDAYS**_

**What we are looking for** : Mature Minded Individual, Experience in Sales and Food Operations is necessary. The individual will be responsible for 5 Locations

An entrepreneurial spirit that will take ownership of the job. Someone who looks at tasks and responsibilities and asks, “How could we do this better?”

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :Proven experience in creating processes to work smarter** **and generate results.**

**1. Planning - **You’ll also need a certain tolerance for risk
- Have clearly-defined objectives
- Be easy to understand
- Allow for flexibility
- Have a clear deadline
- Clearly define the roles and tasks of all team members

**2. Passion - **Clear understanding of What Expression of Hospitality means.

**3. Patience -** Strong belief in implementing small daily habits that will have a positive impact in the long run.

**4. Perseverance - **Strong leadership skill and High degree of Resilience in face of adversity

**5. Problem-solving -**The entrepreneurial mindset welcomes issues because it presents an opportunity to face them head-on. A strong leader is never afraid to get their hands dirty for the sake of the team. You will be expected to bring in all of your professional resources, skills, and experiences to work toward innovative ideas and solutions.

**6. Finding Talent - **Proven Experience in finding great people and building teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year

- BLUE MOUNTAINS, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
