As the Sales Manager at F45 Yorkdale, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cutting-edge fitness studio. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring that our members have an exceptional fitness experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a fitness enthusiast with strong sales skills to make a significant impact on the success of our studio.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Leadership**: Drive membership sales and meet revenue targets through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- **Operational Excellence**: Ensure the studio is running smoothly, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and scheduling and supervising staff.
- **Member Engagement**: Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere for members, promoting the F45 brand and our fitness programs.
- **Team Management**: Recruit, train, and manage a team of enthusiastic fitness instructors and staff.
- **Community Building**: Actively engage with the local fitness community to increase brand visibility and studio membership.
- **Back End Admin - ** member cancellations, pauses etc

**Qualifications**:

- Sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
- A strong background in fitness and a passion for health and wellness.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to drive results and meet sales targets.
- Team-oriented and a positive attitude.
- Fitness certification (ACSM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACM, ANSI)
- Strong computer and technical skills including google suites

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
