We have an exciting opportunity for a fun, highly organized and professional **Fleet Coordinator** to join our dog friendly corporate office located in Richmond, BC.

This position is responsible for a variety of day-to-day operational and administrative tasks and plays an integral part ensuring that our fleet operations run smoothly.

Reporting to the Senior Accountant, this is a multi-dimensional role that works in partnership with all departments and requires a professional approach to manage a variety of tasks with a positive and collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities will include:

- Facilitate timely oversight and collection of fleet accounts
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, including Franchisees, Operations & Finance, to align approved fleet services
- Respond to all queries and requests for information in resolving billing and payment issues
- Prepare fleet accruals and monthly reconciliations
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Previous administrative experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity working with spreadsheets
- Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Top notch communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly resourceful with a track record of anticipating next steps
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Able to work in a team environment, both financial and operational
- Ability to multitask

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
