**Key Responsibilities**
Assist in setting up the new branch including hiring & managing associated staff
Working closely with customers in person, via telephone or electronically in a timely and courteous manner
Processing quotes, orders daily and other customer service tasks
Producing accurate, timely and efficient estimates and documentation for transactions
Assist in the localized distribution of goods and added value services
Assist in creating shipping labels and tracking product to both local and out of town customers
Creating returns for both new and warranty items, with documentation

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in the industrial door industry or related field
High School Diploma or equivalent, Post-Secondary education (Asset)
Valid driver’s licence (required)

**Language**:
English & French (required), Spanish (Asset)

Responsabilités
Assister avec les débuts de la filiale nouvelle, ce qui inclue le recrutement et la formation du personnel
Établir des devis, faire des ordres et autres tâches « service clients »
Produire des estimations et leurs propres documentations, d’une manière précise et opportune
Assister avec la distribution des produits et services
Expédier et suivre les produits qui envoient à nos clients avec la documentation correcte\

**Expérience Requise**
Minimum de 3-5 ans d’expérience dans un fabricant industriel des portes industrielles ou un domaine similaire
Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent (Diplôme Universitaire est un atout)
Permis de conduire

**Des Langues**
Anglais et français (requis), espagnol (un atout)
Cette position est à temps plein

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
