Job Description.
Under the leadership of the Marketing Director, and alongside the marketing team, this Lead Generation role consists of a mix of technical and strategic expertise. We are looking for a resource that will work well in a team and fully own the content and digital marketing activities.
Responsibilities.
- Conduct lead generation, prospecting and qualifying potential new clients to ensure Solutions Metrix generate and qualify more potential customers
- ABM and outbound marketing campaigns
- Partner with sales with a goal of supporting their monthly and annual revenue targets
- Create and manage data-driven lead campaigns (social media, LinkedIn lead gen, Ad words, etc.)
- Manage marketing efforts and proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
- A 360 vision of digital marketing (SEM, GA, GTM, CMS, UX/ UI, A/B testing, event management, etc.)
- Analyze, track and be accountable for lead generation results
**Qualifications**:
- 2-4 years experience in lead acquisition and lead generation marketing and ABM strategies, with complete knowledge of digital engagement techniques, tools, and measurements.
- Strong B2B Marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or equivalent.
- Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with colleagues and partners.
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus
- Strong time management skills to deliver on multiple projects and timelines.
- Excellent technical and analytical skills.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills (French a strong asset).
- Must be a self-starter and have a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle many different projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Description du poste.
Sous la direction du directeur du marketing, et aux côtés de l'équipe marketing, ce rôle de génération de leads consiste en un mélange d'expertise technique et stratégique. Nous recherchons une ressource qui saura travailler en équipe et s'approprier pleinement le contenu et les activités de marketing numérique.
Responsabilités.
- Effectuer la génération de prospects, la prospection et la qualification de nouveaux clients potentiels afin que Solutions Metrix génère et qualifie plus de clients potentiels.
- mener des campagnes de GAB et de marketing sortant
- Collaborer avec les ventes dans le but de soutenir leurs objectifs de revenus mensuels et annuels.
- Créer et gérer des campagnes de prospection fondées sur des données (médias sociaux, génération de prospects sur LinkedIn, mots publicitaires, etc.)
- Gérer les efforts de marketing et rechercher et mettre en œuvre de manière proactive les dernières meilleures pratiques, stratégies et normes du secteur.
- Une vision à 360° du marketing numérique (SEM, GA, GTM, CMS, UX/UI, A/B testing, gestion des événements, etc.)
- Analyser, suivre et être responsable des résultats de la génération de leads.
**Qualifications**:
- 2-4 ans d'expérience en marketing d'acquisition et de génération de leads et en stratégies ABM, avec une connaissance complète des techniques, outils et mesures d'engagement numérique.
- Forte expérience en marketing B2B.
- Baccalauréat en marketing, publicité, communication ou équivalent.
- Avoir l'esprit d'équipe et d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles pour travailler en collaboration avec des collègues et des partenaires.
- La connaissance des plateformes de CRM et d'automatisation du marketing est un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps pour mener à bien plusieurs projets et respecter les délais.
- Excellentes compétences techniques et analytiques.
- Haut niveau de professionnalisme et d'attention aux détails.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale (le français est un atout important).
- Doit être autonome, avoir un grand souci du détail et être capable de gérer plusieurs projets différents simultanément.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe.
