NuORDER by Lightspeed is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to join our Marketing team based in Los Angeles. This operations and performance focused role entails working hand-in-hand with the Director of Revenue Marketing to coordinate global demand generation initiatives across our various prospect segments, launch and measure campaigns that generate leads, and use data to demonstrate the impact of all channels on pipeline generation.
To support these efforts, you should be very comfortable with the technical aspects of maintaining, logging and troubleshooting CRM and marketing automation processes. Internally, you will be connecting frequently with our Content, Design, Sales, and RevOps teams to coordinate the production of multi-format deliverables pertaining to our paid campaigns, events strategy and logistics that drive revenue. Externally, you will be responsible for helping with vendor relationship management as well as staying up-to-date on the latest B2B marketing trends and tactics. We are looking for a self-starter with above-average documentation skills who can mix well with a team as well as thrive autonomously.
The team you'll be joining is located in the U.S. and Europe, working specifically on the NuORDER by Lightspeed brand. Together we're responsible for developing the NuORDER by Lightspeed brand voice, generating quality leads, and creating brand awareness.
**What you'll be responsible for**:
- Assist with the development, implementation, tracking, measurement, and optimization of all marketing automation, lead routing, data hygiene, and funnel analysis efforts between HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce and more.
- Synthesize and document processes for our Marketing Playbooks and strategic campaign briefs. Maintain our performance dashboards and present salient insights to the team monthly.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing performance marketing campaign setup or strategy (paid search, social, connected TV, personalization, A/B testing, etc), using data to boost conversions for all channels
- Developing and implementing strategies for ABM, audience segmentation, data hygiene, lead scoring and routing, and conversion tracking within a B2B marketing capacity
- Provide support for events and sponsorship activations, such as exhibit coordination, list handling, attendee briefing, and merchandise purchase orders.
- Multi-task across simultaneous projects, collaborating with appropriate departments when necessary. Reliably process highly-sensitive contracts with vendors and stay on top of deadlines.
- May require infrequent in-person attendance (2-3 times per year) for event attendance and/or travel to Los Angeles for internal team meetings (if applicable)
**What you need to bring to the team**:
- Minimum 2-3 years in a demand generation / B2B marketing role at a SaaS company
- Intermediate-level experience working with the following marketing automation and CRM tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, Wordpress and Google Analytics.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Comfortable with operating complex logic criteria, workflows, record management, list segmentation, progressive forms, attribution, lead scoring, sync health, etc.
- Strong writing and spreadsheet skills, as well as a keen understanding of marketing psychology and informational hierarchy.
- Proficiency with revenue marketing best practices and an interest in new technologies, including intent-based marketing, ABM, AI, etc.
- Razor-sharp detail-orientedness to help with auditing processes and data, proofreading and documenting deliverables, and staying on top of deadlines

- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
