**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Qualification & Channel Determination
- Qualify leads and determine the best channel for each customer based on their qualifications and financial needs.
- Ensure each lead is matched with the best-suited internal or external path to meet their financial needs.
2. Optimization & Partnership Development
- Identify and pursue potential financial product partners to expand our suite of referral products and better serve our clients' needs.
- Work with internal teams to optimize and enhance existing lead qualification processes.
3. Conversion Optimization & Customer Alignment
- Drive increased conversion rates on qualified leads and track where they convert (internally and externally).
- Ensure that prospects are serviced with the best-suited products to meet their needs at the right time.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Achievement of specific financial targets and growth objectives.
- Increased channel conversion rates for qualified leads.
- Successful prospecting of new partnerships.

- Proven experience in sales and lead management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
