The business is actively looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to work in its Marketing and Communication team as a key contributor to its strategy to generate quality leads for the Sales organization.
Summary of the Job
Reporting to the Marketing and Communication Manager, the Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for the execution of PRESAGIS’ demand generation strategy. The Specialist is instrumental and accountable for coordinating and managing the successful execution of the activities related to the demand generation programs including brand awareness and content marketing activities with the goal of generating and nurturing high-quality leads.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, manage and implement demand generation programs leveraging the full mix of available marketing vehicles
- Successfully organize, schedule and facilitate campaigns, programs, events and other marketing initiatives
- Work in close coordination with Sales, Product Management, Marketing Communications, key partners, and/or vendors in the development and execution of field marketing plans
- Generate, qualify, and deliver leads to Sales
- Drive program reporting, program analysis, ROI metrics, process improvement and best practices
- Develop and maintain a healthy CRM database of contacts (Salesforce)
- Responsible to update and maintain a market knowledge information database and to analyze competition and future trends and make recommendations
Qualifications & Hard Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration or related field
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Marketing Communications or related field preferably in a B2B sales cycle environment
- Working knowledge of marketing automation tools and database marketing
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Google Advertising and Google Analytics
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of the B2B2G sales cycle is an asset
- Solid analytical skills are required
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills (English, French) are required
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact and manage expectations from other teams
- Proactive, self
- motivated and goal oriented skills are required
- Able to operate in a fast paced, performance based and deadline oriented environment
