INF is a full-service Influencer Management Agency looking for a qualified and experienced accounting and/or finance professional to join its growing Accounting & Operations team.

The Accounting Manager position will be integral to the Company's growth and innovation. In addition to carrying out goals and objectives set by the Company’s Partners, and Director of Finance, the Accounting Manager will prepare financial reports, perform account reconciliations, maintain the general ledger, prepare tax returns, and assist with audit preparations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and assist in processing Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Manage monthly Visa statements and expense report allocations
- Produce and maintain timely financial reporting, including, but not limited to financial statements, audits, analyses and miscellaneous financial reports
- Maintain accurate financial records, and manage monthly and yearend closures for tax purposes
- Assist with preparing and managing budgets and forecasts
- Process GST, provincial and regulatory filings
- Prepare Form 1099’s and similar tax filings
- Liaise with Clients queries including, and not limited to, accounting, tax inquiries, payment options, and vendor forms
- Review, record and reconcile accruals, prepaids, and depreciation while working cross-functionally with internal teams to reconcile monthly
- Intake and report daily on deposits received
- Process payments via cheques, EFT, and wires
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist with annual audit preparations
- Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance
- Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures
- Provide mentoring, coaching, supervision, and up-training for the current accounting team, along with day-to-day support, as required
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests, as necessary

**Base Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business with an emphasis in Accounting or a related field
- Accreditations such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- 5+ years of financial and/or accounting experience
- Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP
- Experience with personal and corporate tax and compliance
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online preferred
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook and advanced Excel) and Google Drive

**Salary**: $57,059.25-$124,542.23 per year
