**Summary**

We are seeking experienced, well-connected professionals to join our organization as Business Development Partners. This role is suited for individuals who have established professional networks and the ability to generate business opportunities through strategic relationships and referrals.

**Responsibilities**
- Proactively identify and develop sales opportunities through existing professional networks
- Leverage relationships to generate warm leads and referrals
- Initiate and facilitate introductions with potential clients and decision-makers
- Qualify opportunities and assess alignment with our services
- Collaborate with internal teams to support proposal development and deal progression
- Maintain ongoing relationships to support repeat and referral business

**Qualifications**
- Proven ability to generate business opportunities independently
- Established professional network relevant to the role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in commission-only compensation
- Professional credibility and discretion
- Self-motivated and results-driven

**Ideal Background**

This role is particularly well suited for professionals with networks in real estate and related industries, including but not limited to:

- Realtors or former Realtors
- Mortgage Brokers
- Home Inspectors
- Property Managers
- Designers (interior, architectural, or related fields)
- Other professionals with strong referral-based businesses

**Job Type**

Commission Based

**Commission**
- 5% commission on total contract value
- No base salary
- No quotas
- No cap on commissions
- Example: A $100,000 contract = $5,000 commission._
