**Schedule INCLUDES WORKING EVERY OTHER SATURDAY**

**Schedule provided 2 months in advance.**

We are a team driven Family Practice in Port Coquitlam with 7 Physicians, 1 RN and 7 Medical Office Assistants.

**Job description**

MOA to assist in our **NURSES STATION**

**Education**:
MUST have you MOA Certificate ad graduated from a recognized program.. New grads are welcomed.

**Qualifications**:

- Works well independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills, willingness to take initiative
- Ability to prioritize work depending upon importance
- Multitask
- Prides her/himself in developing a Good working relationship with colleagues, office manager and physicians
- Friendly and kind with all patients
- Excellent communication skills
- Escorts patients to examining rooms
- Pride yourself in developing a good working relationship with the physician's, office manager and colleagues
- Eye exams (Snellen Chart)
- INR results - Calling patients and billing in EMR
- Record any related information to our EMR system
- Measuring height and weight for adults, infants and children
- Setting up trays for: Pap smears, circumcisions, excisions etc
- Preparing baby injections, charting and billing on MedAccess
- Urine tests: Pregnancy, urinary tract infections and drug screening
- Stocking rooms
- Sanitizing and Autoclaving instruments

The 1st interview will be conducted over Zoom
The final interview will be conducted in person.

**Salary**: $18.00 - $19.00 depending upon experience.
