We're seeking a detail-oriented Administrative and Sales Coordinator to be the backbone of our office operations and sales support. This role combines executive assistance, office management, and sales coordination to keep our organization running smoothly and efficiently. This is a part-time position, working approximately 20-25 hours/ week.

**About the Role**

As our Administrative and Sales Coordinator, you'll wear multiple hats while supporting our CEO and team in delivering exceptional results. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at juggling multiple priorities.

**Key Responsibilities**

**_Executive Support _**
- Provide direct support to CEO, including meeting attendance, note-taking, and action item follow-up
- Enhance CEO's industry presence through local networking opportunities
- Manage social media content and thought leadership initiatives
- Draft and edit professional communications

**_Office Administration _**
- Lead project management using ASANA
- Oversee office operations, including vendor management and contract negotiations
- Manage employee onboarding logistics
- Coordinate company events and town halls
- Handle expense tracking and budget management

**_Sales Support _**
- Maintain CRM database and sales pipeline
- Prepare and track customer proposals
- Generate monthly sales reports
- Facilitate new client onboarding

**_Office Management _**
- Maintain a welcoming office environment
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate facility maintenance
- Ensure smooth daily operations

**Qualifications**
- College degree in administration or related field
- 3+ years administrative experience
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in project management software, media monitoring platforms, design tools and CRM
- Experience in communications industry
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects
- Background in sales support
