WeeSleep uses only the most trusted and scientifically proven sleep coaching methods, ensuring that parents can rest easy knowing that their child is receiving the absolute best level of care and support. Using a network of Certified Infant and Toddler Sleep Consultants, WeeSleep provides one-on-one sleep coaching and support personalized to the needs of each client and their child.
We are the globe's largest sleep team under one company umbrella and have been crafting our expertise since 2011. We are now looking for an Administrative Support to join our expanding team.
*This position will be based ON-SITE at our Oakville office.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Efficiently track and execute the client process to support services provided by WeeSleep Sleep Consultants (AKA Dream Team).
- Coordination with customers and the Dream Team to provide portal access, documentation and other supporting material.
- Customer service management to support client complaints, queries, and refunds.
- Present weekly intake, sales and leads report(s) to Management Team.
- Maintain accurate and current report of data from incoming booking forms.
- Manage ongoing correspondence between HQ, clients and Consultants.
- Create process documents in coordination with HQ.
- Create and maintain updated documentation to support HQ and Dream Team.
- Filing and organization of shared folders.
- Research to support new projects and renewals of certifications, partnerships, etc.
- Book appointments for clients with a Sleep Consultant.
- Other administrative support as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong ability to work independently or in a team.
- Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and strong time management.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
