Our Cook’s accountabilities could include:
Ability to cook food items in each of the following stations: appetizers, grill and everything in between.

Assisting in the preparation of food items including sauces, salads, garnishes, appetizers, proteins and starches.

Plate presentation in all areas: salads, appetizers, sides, entrees and desserts, and a general desire to put up food that our followers will love.

Positive communication, the ability to demonstrate calm, clean, and constructive criticism within a high traffic team environment

Setup, takedown and continued cleanliness of the kitchen line in all areas.

Following our protocols, and making sure everyone is well taken care of. We care.
