We specialize in building beautifully designed homes that meet the unique needs of today’s buyers. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team.
**Job overview**:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new homes and guiding prospective buyers through every step of the purchasing process. You will be the key point of contact for customers, offering expert advice, providing exceptional service, and working closely with our team to close sales and meet monthly and annual sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively generate new leads and manage existing prospects to achieve sales goals.
- Present and demonstrate home models, floor plans, and available options to prospective buyers.
- Guide customers through the home buying process, including financing options, design selections, and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, and providing top-notch customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competition.
- Collaborate with the marketing and construction teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, with a preference for experience in real estate or homebuilding.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and work well in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (experience with real estate tools a plus).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
You will primarily work in one of our show homes located in Parkland County and Fort Saskatchewan, during regular Show Home business hours, which include evenings and weekends. Travel to construction sites, other communities, other Show Homes, and Alquinn head office for meetings is required on a frequent basis. Travel within and outside of Edmonton to surrounding areas may be required.
