**About the role**:
As the voice of our brand on social media, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing campaigns that engage and delight our followers. **Objectives and Key Results**
- Prepare the monthly social media calendars, graphics and content requests in accordance with the strategy provided by the brand manager, at least one (1) month ahead of intended execution
- Monitor the posting and performance of all social media platforms to ensure objectives are being met
- Communicate performance via checkpoint and monthly reports to the project coordinator, and brand manager (if stated)
- Ensure and maintain consistency, branding voice is being projected across all platforms, provide feedback and suggest changes where necessary
- Communicate any requirements of resources, risks and changes to the Project Coordinator
- Create and maintain social media processes
- Assess any market opportunities on social platforms and stay on top of trends
- Sets and measures KPIs for Social Media Engagement and general performance in accordance with project objectives
- Research industry trends, create and implement processes to improve workflow and efficiency
- Select giveaway items inline with brand strategy
- Record monthly social analytics
- Review SOPs and make changes as necessary

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Advertising, or any related field
- At least 2 years of experience in social media roles
- Outstanding communication, organization and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of a role, with mínimal supervision
- Passionate about social media and content creation
- With exceptional copywriting and proofreading skills
- Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple tasks
- Must have strong attention to detail, goal oriented, problem-solver, self-motivated and independent
- Strong work ethic and commitment
