**This is a maternity leave replacement position.**

**Your daily drive as a Social Media Strategist at Fix Network**:

- Develop annual and monthly social media strategies, including 30/60/90-day content calendars and creative ideation for organic and paid campaigns.
- Execute social campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube with clearly defined KPIs to achieve performance goals.
- Generate unique and engaging visual content ideas, including short-form video content (Reels).
- Collaborate with the regional marketing team to define target audiences, key messaging, positioning for different segments, services, products, and brands to create cutting-edge strategies that meet performance objectives.
- Support regional and media events by producing original and captivating visual content.
- Perform other related duties as required.

**The driver we're looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in digital and social media with proven knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with franchise models, strategic messaging, and localization requirements is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated expertise in social media platforms and best practices, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Experience in video creation/editing and copywriting is a strong asset.
