**Junior Estimator/Project Coordinator - Mechanical Industry**

Are you a well-spoken and knowledgeable individual with experience in the mechanical industry? We're searching for a Junior Estimator/Project Coordinator to join our team In this role, you'll be responsible for estimating project costs, managing administrative duties, and ensuring the smooth execution of mechanical projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Estimation**: Calculate overall project costs, materials, manpower requirements, and project schedules.
- **Project Management**: Provide administrative support and manage correspondence for ongoing projects.
- **Contract Management**: Prepare contracts, revisions, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- **Documentation**: Process shop drawings, maintain logs, and prepare correspondence (transmittals, memos, letters).
- **Close-out Procedures**: Develop warranty manuals and close-out documentation for completed projects.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate with team members, suppliers, and clients.
- **Price Management**: Chase quotes, handle price change notices, and provide minor pricing support to the estimating department.
- **Safety Adherence**: Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in the mechanical industry is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
