**Admin and Production Assitant**
We are the leading marketing company that offers state-of-the-art online, digital, and print for the high-end real estate industry.
An immediate part-time and freelance opportunity exists for and accounts administrator with addition roles in online and print production assistance and scheduling.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is multi-tasking calling on your skills in billing, scheduling, and production assistance for both online/print production. You will work in admin and also assist the Senior Designers
- Billing and client scheduling
- Help in online and print production user friendly no technical skill
- Quality check proof read
- Adhere to and be able to cope with a quick, demanding design turnaround and production schedule.
- Bookkeeping a huge asset but not required

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Quickbooks online
- English 100% fluent
- Mac environment.
- Strong attention to detail, and able to cope in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Very customer service oriented with a professional and friendly disposition.
- Self motivated and able to work with clients without direct oversight
- Potential for Full Time

COMPENSATION:
$18/hr
