Active Pulse Physio is a leading physiotherapy and wellness clinic offering a range of services including physiotherapy, chiropractic care, and massage therapy. We are dedicated to providing top-tier care to our clients and are looking for a welcoming and efficient receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients.
**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Warmly greet and assist patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments and manage patient bookings
- Answer phone calls and provide information on services offered
- Handle patient check-ins, intake forms, and update records in the system
- Manage billing, payments, and insurance claims
- Support staff coordination, including physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists
- Keep the reception area clean and presentable
**Experience**
- Experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with clinic management software is an asset
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
