**Requirements**:
Scheduling Appointments
Insurance Billing
Customer service and sales skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Outbound and inbound call handling.
Good computer literacy.
Problem-solving and reasoning skills.
Reliability and willingness to do what is required to ensure patient satisfaction.
Sales skills and front desk experience, an asset
