We currently have an opening for an ambitious **Accounts Payable Clerk** in our **Saskatoon** branch. This full-time position offers tremendous growth opportunities, including diverse projects, supported career development, and potential for advancement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately match invoices with purchase orders and ensure the verification of the receipt of goods/services.
- Diligently reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner to maintain up-to-date accounts.
- Prepare and process payments efficiently, adhering to company protocols.
- Maintain meticulous and organized records of all account’s payable transactions.
- Facilitate smooth communication with vendors and collaborate with internal departments to resolve any issues related to invoices and payments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support the department’s operations.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Secondary education in accounting or a related field is considered an asset.
- Strong ability to work both independently and within a team setting, exhibiting a positive and cooperative attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
