**Duties**:

- Processing invoices for payment
- Prepare payments in a timely manner
- New vendor setup, including ensuring proper insurances are in place
- Backup for answering phones
- Record keeping & filing
- Additional responsibilities as required

**Requirements**:

- At least one year of work experience in an accounts payable position, preferably in a fast paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with focus on accuracy
