As an **Accounts Payable Clerk,** you will be responsible to:

- Process all supplier invoices within corporate standards considering established priorities, and monetary restrictions.
- Proactively communicate any problems or anticipated problems to the appropriate individuals
- Proactively and consistently reviewing the accounts payable supplier statements to clear up old credits and outstanding invoices.
- Provide backup to other members of the finance & admin function, as required.
- Maintains an efficient and effective system of filing of all reports and paper including supplier invoices and supplier statements.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Your Experience**:

- Data Entry, an asset.
- Customer Service experience, an asset.

**Your Skills**:

- Positive attitude.
- Eager to learn.
- Effective communicator (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and well organized.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
