As Subaru has the most loyal of following, you will be building ongoing customer relationships and exceeding expectations on a day-to-day basis.

As part of our team your will also be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer rapport and records. You will be the trusted link between the customer and our technicians and therefore, exceptional communication skills are must.

Your job duties would include:

- Determines automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules.
- Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers, explaining provisions and exclusions.
- Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor, calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.
- Prepares repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering work orders into service database system.
- Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging towing and temporary transportation.
- Provides automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications.
- Sustain a high level of customer satisfaction that meets or exceeds our expectations

What it takes to join our team:

- 1-3 years of relevant service knowledge necessary and service advisor experience being an asset

**Job Type**:

- Full time permanent employee Monday through Friday with Saturday availability

**Salary**:

- $60,000 to $85,000 per year

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
