**Monday through Friday full time shifts plus alternating Saturdays**

**Open minded to learn new skills, must be computer literate.**

**Summary**

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service while facilitating automotive repairs and maintenance. Reporting to the Service Manager, your core skills in mechanical knowledge and sales will enable you to effectively communicate with customers and recommend necessary services. Your premium experience in dealerships and as a mechanic will enhance your ability to upsell services and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, your relevant skills in cash handling will support smooth transaction processes. Join our team to help drive customer loyalty and service excellence in the automotive industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs while providing exceptional customer service.
- Explain repair and maintenance options, upsell services, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including cash handling.
- Collaborate with technicians to communicate service recommendations and follow up on completed work.
- Leverage mechanical knowledge to address customer inquiries and provide informed advice on automotive repairs.

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
