**Position Overview**:
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services. You’ll play a key role in managing customer interactions, providing accurate service recommendations, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers promptly and professionally in person, over the phone, and via text. Listen carefully to their needs and concerns, providing clear and accurate information.
- **Service Management**: Create and manage detailed service orders, repair estimates, and service schedules. Coordinate with our technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- **Quality Control**: Review completed services to ensure they meet shop standards. Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- **Sales & Upselling**: Identify and recommend additional services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer recommendations. Promote service specials, maintenance packages, and upsell repair services as appropriate.
- **Administrative Duties**: Process invoices, handle customer payments, and maintain accurate service records. Assist with parts inventory management and general housekeeping in the shop.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the service team to ensure a smooth workflow and effective communication with both customers and technicians.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry is preferred
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and systems is an asset
- Experience in upselling services and recommending products to customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent organizational skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
