**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and forecast market demand for computer products and components, and develop supply chain plans to meet requirements effectively.
- Assist the purchasing manager in selecting and procuring a wide range of computer products and parts. Select suppliers, negotiate contract terms, procure raw materials or products, and ensure quality and cost-effectiveness in procurement processes.
- Monitor inventory levels of computer components to ensure sufficient stock while minimizing overstock. Optimize inventory turnover rates and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with production departments to create production schedules, ensuring smooth production processes and timely fulfillment of demand.
- Analyze supply chain processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Propose recommendations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain data, including procurement and inventory reports. Evaluate supply chain performance and report on key metrics and trends to provide valuable insights to the manager.
- Identify and assess risks in the supply chain. Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential disruption.
- Conduct market research to source potential suppliers, negotiate with them, and evaluate their performance. Maintain relationships with suppliers, ensure they fulfill contract obligations, and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Any other operation related responsibilities may be added as the company continues to grow.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Required education: Bachelor in Marketing/Business Administration OR Computer related education
- Required experience: minimum 1-2 years working experience in computer field. Or very interested in the computer industry and passionate about it. Extensive experience in Canadian procurement preferred.
- Required skills: intermediate level of using MS-Excel, strong verbal and written skills in English.
- Self-motivated and results orientated
- Good at data analysis

Salary based on your specific experience

Pay: $45,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
