- **We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team.**_

**What you’ll do**

As an Operations Assistant, you will support our Supply Chain team. Including but not limited to
- Support the Supply Chain team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update purchase orders, invoices, vendor information, and procurement-related documents in both physical and digital systems.
- Validate procurement and delivery records on internal systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Respond to Point of Sales (POS) inquiries and support stores in resolving delivery and stock discrepancies.
- Prepare and process discrepancy adjustments in coordination with the logistics and inventory teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to track and follow up on purchase order status, delivery schedules, and required documentation.
- Organize and archive all procurement and supply chain documents in compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
- Assist with reporting and data entry for inventory and supply chain performance metrics.
- Provide general administrative support to the supply chain team, including scheduling, filing, and internal communication.
- Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned

**What you’ll need**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or supply chain support roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
