We are looking for a **Supply Chain Manager** to join our team and help build and optimize our supply chain systems across both markets, ensuring efficiency and scalability as we continue to grow.
The **Supply Chain Manager** will play a pivotal role in managing our end-to-end supply chain operations for U.S. markets. You will be responsible for building relationships with vendors, managing orders, and developing scalable supply chain systems to support our expanding business in the cannabis sector.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the full supply chain process across U.S. markets, including procurement, order management, inventory control, and distribution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating favorable contracts and ensuring reliable partnerships.
- Develop, implement, and optimize supply chain strategies and systems to improve efficiency and scalability across regions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products in both markets.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements across the supply chain.
- Oversee and manage logistics and transportation, ensuring compliance with regulations in both Canada and the U.S. and timely distribution.
- Ensure accurate and efficient order processing and fulfillment.
- Lead supply chain projects that support business growth and expansion in both markets.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, and vendor relationship management.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to design and implement scalable supply chain systems.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and tools (ERP, MRP, or similar systems).
- Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus, but not required.
- **Business degree or data analysis degree preferred.**:
- **Knowledge of finance** is a strong asset.
