**Business Development Role - Director Strategic Partnerships**
Founded in 2001, PuroSystems, LLC. is a leader in the franchise restoration industry, having launched PuroClean, which has become one of the leading property damage remediation franchise organizations in North America. With a network of over 500 offices, PuroClean touches the lives of people in communities throughout the U.S. and Canada.
With our Canadian Headquarters based in Mississauga, Ontario, PuroClean is a leader in property emergency services, specializing in Water & Fire Damage Restoration, Mould Remediation, Biohazard Cleanup and Emergency work. Serving numerous residential and commercial communities within Canada, our main concern is meeting the needs of the customer and eliminating the problem as efficiently as possible.
**Responsibilities**:
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Drive major account relationships and support strategic account business development initiatives and revenue objectives
- Develop strong professional relationship with key account contact points
- Prospecting and cold calling as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Manage sales pipeline and provide management with accurate forecast of sales activities
- Attend industry/network events to build new relationships
- Coordinate and lead team to achieve business targets
- Strong negotiation skills to aggressively seek new business
- Analytical, Problem solving skills, Conflict Resolution
- Oversee reporting to key clientele on performance and KPI’s
- Work closely with franchisees
- Work effectively with Third Party Administrators
- Follow up on leads
- Increase productivity and effectiveness through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
- Make presentations to various groups at different levels within client’s organization
- Work closely with management to develop strategies and operational efficiencies
- Travelling required
**Education & Experience**
- Minimum of two years experience in the Insurance/Restoration Industry
- Post-secondary education and/or a combination of relatable education and experience
**Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies**
- Strong communication skills: written and verbal
- Highly technically-savvy. Demonstrated expertise in web-based technology and communication tools
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and collaborative attitude
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Effective problem-solver; quick-study who is able to rapidly and easily assimilate new information.
- Show success in communication, documentation, team development, and performance management
- Demonstrate ability to problem solve and make strategic decisions; ability to be creative, flexible, and adaptable to new situations and assignments
- Interact with executive management and boards in partnership with market leadership
- Proven ability to lead, coach and mentor team members
- Ability to work safely and efficiently within a team environment or independently
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong drive to see project through to completion
- Strong problem resolution skills

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
