Maple Diversity Communications is looking for a Manager, Strategic Partnerships & B2B Business Development to lead our
- 1) Business development and revenue growth
2) Strategic relationship management
In this position, you will demonstrate leadership as well as business acumen and vision for agency’s growth.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a new business growth plan
- Create a robust online and industry presence for the agency
- Identify and close potential revenue growth opportunities
- Lead and coordinate development of new proposals and RFP responses
- Create and nurture strong business relationships with various client stakeholders and their other AORs as well as industry partners
- Oversee the development of all marketing materials necessary to support business development
- Deliver compelling presentations that address the core business issues, challenges, and opportunities faced by clients
- Provide accurate forecasting and meet our revenue goals
- Stay current on industry trends
Key Requirements:
- Strong business development experience in advertising/marketing or media industry
- Great relationship and communication skills
- Strong sense of accountability and independence
- Understanding of growing multicultural markets
Base salary - $65-75k + Commission

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
