Dion Comfort is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support daily operations in a fast-paced trade environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and QuickBooks Online experience, especially within HVAC, plumbing, or construction settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter bills, expenses, and verify data in QuickBooks Online
- Support the Administrator with daily tasks and documentation
- Assist with timesheet verification and work order collection
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork
- Make outbound calls to clients, suppliers, and technicians
- Provide backup support for dispatch and scheduling of service/install crews
- Answer multiple phone lines as needed
**Requirements**:
- Prior administrative experience in a trade-based environment (HVAC, plumbing, construction, etc.)
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online (bills, expenses, invoicing, estimates)
- Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High integrity and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Receptive to direction and adaptable to changing priorities
