**DBNC Group Inc. **is looking for a
**Travelling Handyman** to take on responsibility maintaining our buildings. Your role is focuses on regular maintenance, repair work, and installation of small items.

**Job Type**: Full-time
** **or Part Time

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform regular maintenance on the facility, including changing light bulbs, carpentry, painting, minor drywall repair, minor plumbing and tile repair.
- Maintenance of the parking lots/sidewalks.
- Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
- Familiar with paints and general construction/maintenance materials.
- Comfortable working off ladders, scaffold, scissor lifts and zoom boom and roof levels.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
- Comply with health and safety regulations when operating equipment or walking on the job site.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Required to bring the following tools and equipment:

- CSA Approved Steel Toe Shoes.
- Maintenance Tools.
- 3+ years of experience in general maintenance.
- Experience in electrical, drywall, and plumbing repairs is an asset.
- Good English oral comprehension skills.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required.
- Ability work well with lead-hand, co-workers, and supervisors.
