ESW Building Services Inc is a top leading general contractor. Looking to hire experienced individuals in the local GTA including Mississauga, Etobicoke, Oakville, Burlington and Etobicoke. ESW specializes every type of renovation in apartment buildings from kitchens, bathrooms, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, flooring, basements, counter tops, maintenance, general renovations, fences, decks, stucco, handyman services, painting, the list of professional services goes on and on

Job Duties
- Confirm kitchen drawings
- Create lists needed for unit renovations
- Quality Control
- Daily communication with site personal and managers
- Provide project updates to Management
- Work with the estimating department on project
- Complete work order forms and Close Out/Deficiency with Project Coordinator Qualifications
- Prove to have at least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in construction
- SIN, car and own tools
- Possess a driver’s license in good standing
- Be able to travel throughout our 10 major cities in the GTA, Hamilton, Guelph, Cambridge area
- Knowledge of apartment renovations terms, processes and methods
- Is able to do kitchen line drawings
- Have excellent time management skills and be responsible for multiple projects at one time
- Have a complete understanding and ability to read and implement project drawings and specifications
- Respond to requests from property managers and maintenance services

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift (depends daily)
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: On the road
