**MAIN TASKS**:

- Renovations, repairs and tenant improvements for commercial clients, such as grocery stores, gas stations, pharmacies (essential services sector) as well as banks, restaurants, retail, office buildings etc.
- Light framing, drywall repairs and painting
- Flooring installation
- T-bar ceiling installation, windows / doors installations
- Light millwork, carpentry repairs

**QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS**:
**Required Experience**:

- 3 years of experience as a Handyman
- 3 years of experience as a Painter

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Active listener, critical thinker and able to meet tight deadlines
- Good customer service and communication skills - verbal and written
- Knowledge of all applicable health and safety standards
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver's license

**Other**:

- A criminal background check will be required to work on certain jobsites.
