**Job Purpose**

The Handyman Supervisor will be responsible for directing and coordinating all of ZEMLARs on-site activities of the operations team and making sure trades, tools, equipment, and materials are available when needed. You will be assisting the Operations Manager in execution of the project, including updating the project manager, maintaining project schedule, overseeing daily activities on site, proactive planning, project documentation, and working to prevent risks. You will work in teamwork with the Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth transfer and execution of weekly tasks.

The tasks include maintaining office spaces, identifying the need for repairs, responding to customer maintenance requests, and maintaining corporate equipment.

This role assists Zemlar Business Centre Ltd. with any simple repair and maintenance activities that need to be completed. The Handyman's tasks focus upon general maintenance, orderliness, and cleanliness to guarantee that Zemlar Business Centre Ltd.’s clients’ facilities and equipment are in good working order at all times for human use.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Make minor repairs to clients’ machines, appliances, and equipment.
- Ensure Handyman have knowledge in proper use of a variety of hand and power tools without supervision.
- Maintain and repair plumbing and electrical systems of clients.
- Assist with cleaning, refurbishing. or remodeling common areas.
- Oversee the upkeep of a variety of gadgets and appliances.
- Consult with clients to ensure they're taking the best possible care of their area.
- Heavy lifting of furniture and appliances, as required.
- Check community spaces on a regular basis for litter, mechanical failures, and breakdowns.
- In a timely and professional manner, respond to maintenance requests from clients.
- Make sure outside spaces, such as parking lots and walkways are kept clean.
- Assess the efficiency of company/client appliances or equipment such refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens, coffee machines, office furniture, etc.
- Assist and advise clients on how to keep their equipment in good working order.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar position is required.
- Working knowledge of hardware tools and power equipment.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems.
- Commitment to health and safety standards and precautions.
- Previous Supervisor experience (minimum 2 years)
- Valid driver’s license.

**Working Conditions**
- Overtime may be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$30.00 per hour
