**About the Role**

We’re looking for an exceptional HR Coordinator with a client-centric mentality to act as the first point of contact for employees and external partners for all HR-related inquiries. The HRC will work in a close-knit, high-performing HR team in support of NFP Canada’s HR operations focusing on driving a positive employee experience. This is a great opportunity to partner with a dynamic team making a direct impact to NFP Canada’s success.

**What You’ll Do**
- _Data Integrity & Administration: _Accurately creating, terminating, updating and maintaining employee records in all relevant HR systems and/or folders. Providing administrative support for payroll, time management/vacation requests and Adhoc reports.
- _Employee Relations: _Ensure HR Inbox inquiries are answered and/or properly routed when applicable in a timely and caring manner. Explore employees’ needs and work with others in the HR team to help educate on relevant employment policies, programs and practices
- _Employee Engagement: _Help to drive NFP’s PeopleFirst culture by promoting company-wide initiatives and building regional initiatives to support employee engagement. Create milestone reports and support recognition of service process
- Provide other admin support to business and HR team members as required

**What You Bring**
- Knowledgeable in HR processes and practices
- Ideally 2+ years of related experience, which includes all aspects of human resources coordination (operations, recruitment, payroll, etc.) and administrative support.
- Strong experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
- Experience managing conflicting and competing priorities
- Prior experience with HRIS system - preferably UKG/UltiPro & Smashfly
