**Job Description**:
Purpose and Scope:
As a member of the Corporate Services Human Resources team, the Human Resources Co-op provides overall project and administrative support to the Corporate HR team including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HRIS, Learning and Development, compliance, and day-to-day employee support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates internal and external job postings for Corporate Services and PM-Services.
- Processes new hires, terminations, and job requisitions using Stackpole’s HRIS (Workday).
- Coordinates co-op funding with several external organizations.
- Supports with the creation of internal communication materials, such as newsletters, TV displays, and other communications as needed.
- Manage the monthly Corporate newsletter
- Supports the coordination of local and global employee engagement initiatives.
- Records and tracks training activities for Corporate Services, PM-Services, and FPS-Services employees
- Runs reporting monthly, quarterly, and bi-annually for several Learning & Development programs
- Ensures job postings are up to date on all job boards and Workday
- Supports with onboarding, off-boarding, and position change activities as required.
- Creates invoice breakdown for sponsored job board advertisements.
- Uploads and updates organizational charts on Stackpole’s intranet (MaRC).
- Drafts Confirmation of Employment Letters, as requested by employees.
- Works in compliance with Stackpole Quality and EHS Policies and Procedures, including IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications, Education And / or Experience:
Qualifications:
- Current Student or Recent Graduate of a college or university Human Resources or Business program
- Ability to work in a highly organized manner where attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality are critical
Technical & Skill Requirements:
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude
- Adaptable and flexible individual
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, at all levels of the organization
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
