**Job Overview**: QUSHINTUL YOUTH SERVICES Program Coordinator is a skilled, creative, energetic individual, able to utilize resources that support youth recreation, social activity, mental health and wellbeing. You will include a focus on youth with an emphasis on Indigenous culture, and activities that lead to skills development and self-confidence building, comradery, and empowering youth.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Program management including planning & implementation, budget, staff supervision, reports, evaluation, referrals/intake, Data collection, program promotion
- Carry small caseload when necessary
- Provide Drop-In Program - Youth Center for youth
- Group facilitation - _Third Nite_ activities, Drop-In, and creative in designing a program that intrigues youth to attend Drop-In and Third Nite activities
- Liaise with community partners, to increase support systems for youth
- Maintain a presence in Schools
- Utilize culture, teachings, and history to create engaging youth programing
- Be flexible to support In-House programming, networking, and attend All-Staff Meetings

**Qualifications**
- Preference to a qualified Indigenous person
- CYC or equivalent in combination of education and experience
- Self-starter, self-motivated, energetic
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Physically sound
- Understanding of Indigenous culture challenges and history
- Undergo a Criminal Record check
- Valid driver’s license/Class 4 and use of vehicle
- Class 5 is an asset
- Be a Good role model
