Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator - CAPITAL FIRE PROTECTION Ltd..
Knowledge and Experience:
- College diploma in administrative field -or 2 years experience in a similar position.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience related to major tasks, including experience
leading and directing work in a team environment.
- Knowledge in the fire protection industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong general office procedures and organizational skills are required
- Ability in problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent leadership and time-management skills.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs.
- Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license.
Major Responsibilities:
- Receptionist - greet customers who call or in person
- Plan, organize, coordinate and prepare logístical inspection schedules for the field team.
- Preparation of all worker documents prior to commencement of work
- Follow up with customers quoting, scheduling, and any other customer contact required.
- Positive and courteous personality

Pay: $22.00-$29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
