Our 40,000 square foot production facility (located in Truro, NS) has a capacity of 12,000 crested garments per day. We build brand value through:

  • Screen-Printing
  • Embroidery

  • Promotional Goods

**Responsibilities**

  • Assist the Sales Account Managers with entering orders, and outsourcing product and customer service
  • Assist with client order pick-ups, answering phones & maintaining the showroom
  • Process and balance cash, debit and credit payments when required
  • Assist Account Managers with order inquiries and order entries.

**Qualifications**

  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands.

Remuneration: Commensurate with experience.

Benefits: Medical Benefits of Health, Dental, AD&D, LTD and Life Insurance paid via a 50/50 split between employer and employee.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
