McMillan has an exciting 12-month contract opportunity as a **Paralegal Assistant **in our Vancouver **Corporate Services **department. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in providing overall support to the Paralegals in the Corporate Services group.

**Please note that this role is primarily an onsite role with opportunity for some remote work.**

**What You’ll Do**

You will work under the direction of the Manager, Corporate Services and the Paralegals and Legal Administrative Assistant (“LAA”) in the Corporate Services group, providing administrative support to the LAA and Paralegals as required. You will assist with the filing of documents in minute books and the corporate database and will be responsible for the orderly maintenance of the minute book collection. You will assist with arranging for scanning of documents and minute books, processing invoices for payment, preparation of VISA reconciliation reports and other tasks and projects as required.
