We’re looking for you to join the ground floor of the next phase of our growth strategy
You will be working alongside our Account Executive and CEO to help develop our sales pipeline as a lead generation specialist. You’ll be reaching out to our contact database (mid-size businesses in Finance & Healthcare), having consultative conversations with D & C-level executives, and working with our company leadership to take the next step in your sales journey. This is a relaxed sales role where you deliver results, get coached as needed, but are otherwise left alone to do your work as you see fit. We use the latest sales tools to empower you to do your job (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Connect & Sell, etc.).

- What do we expect from you? _
**Role and Responsibilities**
**1. Prospecting** Success Factors:
- Generate 10 new opportunities monthly within 3 months
- Build lists of target personas for ideal customer profile
- Establish repeatable outbound processes that deliver results
- Create & execute engagement campaigns with sales & marketing
- Promote content over LinkedIn and engage relevant groups weekly
- Scale efforts using HubSpot and other automation tools
- Orchestrate conversations of leads with internal experts (discovery to demo)
**2. Nurturing** Success Factors:
- Convert of marketing qualified leads (MQL) to discovery calls
- Respond to inbound conversions on eBooks, whitepapers, tools (top of funnel)
- Take ownership of marketing qualified leads and deliver resources based on needs
- Work to book additional discovery calls with our Account Executive
- Organize and follow-up on events (eg. webinars, roundtables)
