We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administration professional to join our team at Platinum Home Design & Renovations. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various administrative functions within the organization. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures to improve overall productivity.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute important documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and files.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Serve as a liaison between different departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Assist in Account Payable / Receivable invoices.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to administration.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; **OR** Proven experience in an administrative role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent Phone Skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience with ERP systems is desirable.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools and technologies is a plus.
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset.
