**A Day In The Life**:
Work with Site Supervisor & Project Management in scheduling, coordinating and tracking deliveries

Attend hand off & autopsy meetings

Work with PM and Estimator to prepare a comprehensive material list for the project

Assist the PM in preparing takeoffs and estimates for change orders

Issue submittal packages, samples, bonds and insurances

Fill out warranties and send close out packages

Assist Project Managers throughout the lifecycle of the project (i.e.. forecasting, planning, analysis, etc.)

**What You Bring**:
Completion of a Construction Management or similar diploma/certificate program

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships

Strong organizational skills

Experience working in the roofing/construction industry is an asset
