The Data Management Specialist is responsible for providing reporting and analytics in a data-driven environment in support of Regional teams, the sales process in Client Value Delivery (CVD), and CVD projects and processes. Duties and Responsibilities: - Monitor pipeline health in MX360 and support the CVD business planning process with regular reporting to leaders - Build advanced finds for Sales Operations and in support of regional requests - Understand and identify data quality issues to corporate CVD priorities and complete data cleanup in partnership with the regional offices - Influence the direction of future MX360, Marketo, and Tableau report development to support the sales process - Complete mail merges and set up events in MX360 to support event delivery and lead development - Support the development of consistent data management practices to improve overall data quality - Collaborate with other data specialists & analysts by providing high quality, relevant data sources and participating in reviews of advanced analyses - Ensure that team members properly use MX360 procedures and practice standards - Possible national level influence on best practices - Understand MD’s systems and data sources as they relate to activities and objectives in CVD - Understand sales cycle at MD and provide current data needs in the front office Education & Experience: - Post-secondary education in a related field: Economics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent work experience - 2+ years of analytical experience - must be comfortable using data to answer tough questions and can demonstrate this - 2+ years of business experience - must have some experience relating data to business operations, and understand the link between business goals, corporate results, and KPIs - Experience working with complex data across a variety of data sources and types around key business challenges - Knowledge or experience in the Wealth Management industry is an asset - Significant MX360 and Tableau experience - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Competency Requirements: - You have strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. - You have excellent communication skills. - You are flexible and adaptable. - You are self-motivated, resourceful and takes initiative. - You are a team player and can work well on a cross-functional team. - You thrive on working in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is the norm. - You are able to act as a change champion.
