Chiropractic Office Assistant: Casual

Confident individual needed to play an integral role in our office and provide excellent customer service to our patients and act as a strong support staff for our chiropractor, massage therapists, acupuncurists, and office manager.

We are a thriving chiropractic office in St. Albert with a friendly family atmosphere. Our office assistants must be self-motivated and comfortable working alone.

Job Specific Duties:

- Billing insurance and patient accounts
- Collecting payments
- Scheduling patient appointments and optimizing our practitioners schedules
- Pulling and organizing patient files
- Cleaning and prepping chiropractic rooms
- Daily closing clean at the end of the day

Planned schedule:

- Tuesday, Thursdays, Fridays (3:00pm - 8:00pm) / alternating Saturdays (9:00am - 3:00pm)
- Flexibility to cover sick days of other front desk staff
- Flexibility come fall regarding schedule

This position is perfect for a full-time student looking to pick up part-time hours with flexible shifts during the week.

**Experience**:

- Familiarity with insurance billing and reconciling insurances would be considered an asset
- 1 year with customer service/reception experience is preferred

**Salary**: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

- front desk/reception: 1 year (preferred)
