We currently have a store network of 17 locations in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island.

**Career Opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up all new product lines in our internal computer system to ensure system data integrity - including new product codes and price set ups
- Work with the Purchasing Agents to confirm accurate code set up
- Provide monthly product/sales/promotion keying instructions to our Customer Service and Store Teams
- Update product codes with changes in status or sales patterns (safety stock, lead time, ordering points, etc.)
- General product code maintenance (hide old codes, identify missing fields and make updates to the UPC, weight, vendor category code, Safety Data Sheets, etc.)
- Understand and utilize Syntax
- Ensure all products have an assigned Safety Data Sheet if applicable, and that the sheets are uploaded to the online store and Syntax
- Conduct price changes for codes and brands
- Update promotional and deal pricing for monthly & sale day flyers, as well as special online store promotions
- Update and maintain inventory reports
- Respect and maintain confidentiality of all MBS business and client information.
- Demonstrate our company culture and values
- All other duties as assigned

**Qualifications & Core Competencies**
- Certificate or Degree in Business and/or Supply Chain or equivalent experience in the field
- Previous Supply Chain experience would be an asset
- Must have excellent analytical capabilities and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a schedule driven environment where timing is a critical function
- Ability to multi-task and flexibility to shift priorities as needed
- Knowledge of market trends, data analysis & Supply Chain best practices
- Solid work ethic and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft office Suite
